Refugees have rights too

As we all know, refugees are people that have nowhere else to go they have been robbed of their one and only homeland by greedy extremists. They have to seek solace in another country, shamed of losing their homeland and having to rely on another country they live. Even under these mentally draining conditions they still have an effect on the international relations. The country receiving the refugees has to tolerate the presence of the outsiders and to ensure the conduct of these new citizens they have to set new policies.
The receiving country has to keep up appearances and help the refugees in some way or another to earn more respect. As an example, before the Trump administration the U.S. has kept great relations with refugees from neighbouring countries but after the new administration the refugee policy has changed thus receiving huge backlash. This is not a negative impact in any way since the host country can do anything since they are extending their hands to help these people in need so the refugees have to play by their rules. The new U.S. policy is making them quite literally “turning their backs on the refugees” since they are now slashing the funds allocated to handling refugees and closing down departments that are adept in the field of sheltering refugees thus affecting the refugees themselves and the people who used to work at such institutions. On a positive note, this move from the U.S. president is actually a kind of iron fisted move where he stands his ground and denies refugees from coming which in some way may help reduce the countries’ money problems. It is also a wake-up call to countries that take in refugees that they too can say enough is enough and stop receiving refugees.
Syrians account for the largest amount of refugees in a single country, they have been treated nicely by the neighbouring countries such as Jordan, turkey and Lebanon. This is due to the policies that these neighbouring countries have agreed upon, they will not abandon their comrades. The governments of each country has resolved to help the Syrians in any way they can, one of the initiatives is to provide shelter and basic living needs to the refugees. Even so, the refugees still try to reach for Europe to find better living there but the road to Europe is a long and tough one. Many refugees either die or disappear when they try to reach for Europe making the journey a high risk high reward endeavour. The European government resolved to help find and secure refugees on the coasts but as of recently the effort has been reduced to only the Italians leaving countless refugees lost and forgotten.
